Many of our guests prefer the ease of staying inside the iSimangaliso Wetland Park, to avoid the morning drive into the park and avoid the inconvenience of paying the daily gate fee. Our sister companies Mseni Beach Lodge and Coral Divers, both offer accommodation inside the beautiful inner campsite of the park. Enjoy the stunning natural bush teeming with small wildlife and birds. If you are a nature lover, then choosing to stay inside the park is a must.
Mseni Beach Lodge
Mseni Beach Lodge is an upmarket, boutique-style lodge that offers a variety of beautifully appointed and air-conditioned ‘beach cottages’. You can choose from the B&B Forestview Cottages (sleep 2), the larger and self-catering Family Cottages (sleep 4) or the Seaview House which is a large, double-storey beach house that overlooks the ocean and sleeps 10. Peace and tranquility are key factors, as is the close proximity to the beach, conveniently accessed from the lodge. The Mseni Restaurant, which overlooks the ocean, is a great favorite with visitors to Sodwana Bay.
Coral Divers
Coral Divers has a slightly different feel and situation. More centrally positioned in the park, it is surrounded by the coastal bush and has a range of accommodation options: The more spacious and air-conditioned Ensuite Cabins are very popular, as well as the very affordable Standard Cabins. There are also permanent Safari Tents for those who wish to book a more budget friendly option for their stay. All guests can choose between using the modern, communal self-catering facilities, the Dinner & Breakfast Buffet or the on-site restaurant (or a mix of all).
